Anne has worked with clients who have faced a wide range of issues including addiction, depression, anxiety, adoption & ADHD. She also has helped clients who have had difficulty coping with stress or life challenges.
As a mother of two young adults, she understands the difficulties faced by young people today. Having balanced a marriage, child-raising, attending university and caring for elderly parents, she can relate to the challenges of relationships and the complexities of life.
In her practice, Anne has experience using various modalities including CBT, Solutions Focused, Interpersonal Neurobiology, AEDP and Mindfulness approaches. Rather than focusing on one specific modality, she likes to use tools that work best with each individual client.
She is warm, accepting and has an open approach that helps clients to feel safe, supported and understood. Anne believes that everyone has the innate potential to grow and make positive changes in their lives. She will collaborate with you to find the right path forward.
